How To Order
Find the item you want
- Browse through the site until you find an item you like.
- Use the key word search at the top of the page.
- Use the categories list on the page.
- Use the Manufacturers list at the top of the page.
Find out more information
- Click on the more info button.
- Read all about the products you are interested in.
Select the item you want
- Click on the add to cart button.
- The product will be added to your shopping cart.
- The shopping cart is always visible at the top of the page.
Buy it!
- Click the view cart button at the top of the page.
- Check the products in the cart.
- Press the remove button to delete any unwanted items.
- All orders are posted free of charge
- When you are satisfied with your order click the checkout button.
- Existing Customers log in with your email address and password.
- New customers click the new customers link (See section new Customers)
- Fill in Payment details.
- Check your details and press the pay now button.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your payment.

I've received the wrong item
Please check all packaging before opening your order(s) to ensure you have received the correct product. If you have ordered the wrong product, please see our returns policy.
You may be charged for redelivery.
If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it for a full refund, please see our returns policy. We will refund the cost of postage where applicable.
