How to return an item
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel the contract for the purchase of any item by contacting us at info@maggieandco.co.uk within seven working days of delivery of the item to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging to Maggie & Co, The Strand, Torquay, Devon, TQ1 2AA.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item, we will refund the price paid by you for that item, subject to our returns policy.
Returns Policy
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights or the right to cancel.
Returning your goods is simple.
For a full refund items should be returned to us at Maggie & Co, The Strand, Torquay, Devon, TQ1 2AA in secure packaging, within 10 days of receipt of your order, in their original condition. Maggie & Co will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. When trying on clothes please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
When returning goods to us, please use the form provided with the goods taking care to enter your name and address details where requested.
If you have mislaid your returns form, you can print another copy by clicking here.
If you return goods by post, please use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (only if value is under £30) or Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent.
Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss or damage.
On receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our returns policy. Any refunds will be made using the same method as the original transaction. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original payment card (because credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order). Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Statutory Rights:
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
